EVOLVE HLM was created by Nishita Anand & Bukola Arowosafe, who are also the main hosts of this Podcast. Their aim is to create episodes that are entertaining and educational for their listeners.
Nishita is a multi-talented individual, with over 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and 3+ years in Learning & Development. She recently earned her certificatation in Leadership Principals from Harvard Business School, which is designed to help individuals thrive as leaders, unleash the capabilities of others, and cultivate high-performing teams. She also holds a Degree in Hospitality Business Administration, and is currently undergoing her Masters of Science in Management with HR. Her strength is customer relationship management and business development, however, over the years, she has developed a passion to train, motivate and manage teams and she is building her career towards becoming successful in Human Resource Development.
Bukola is a food consultant & ideation strategist with over 15+ years in the industry and has worked in reputable hospitality firms (Nigeria & abroad), including De Vere Hotels, Blue Arrow Catering, W Hospitality, Wave Crest College and Wave Academy. She holds a Master's degree in International Hotel Management, and is also classically trained as a Cordon Bleu Chef. She is the Managing Director of her own food & restaurant consulting firm and some of her strengths include creating menus, building food and restaurant strategies, market research, chef training, recruitment and procurement. One of Bukola's passions is to educate young leaders with skills that can be useful in their business careers.
